New Livestock Waste Management Bill Passed: LB975
March 13 marked the day that lawmakers passed a bill that changes procedures related to livestock waste management. LB975, introduced by the Natural Resources Committee is intended to allow the state more flexibility in meeting the U.S. EPA's new livestock waste program requirements.
